Demo Account for reviewer (Supplied by requester): Not needed for the follow up review
Additional Notes: With the imageset it's staying to what it is as I like it the best out of all the imagesets and do not have the time to design my own. I could have kept the original imageset which was the basic prosilver one...

Your Quick Review

I love how your all you moderator(s) and administrator(s) have welcomed all recent users to the forum. I notice that not all of you have in older ones - but that could be because the current staff were not staff members at that time.

In regards to this topic - http://movieplanetforum.net/viewtopic.p ... 2519#p2519 - where the user is saying how the forum background clashes with the rest of the forum colors, and that you should change it to a more complimenting color. I think that the fact that your forum background contrasts your forum body so much makes it much more interesting. I think that it makes your forum theme look unique and well...pretty. Even though those two colors do not match, I don't think it really makes the theme look "bad" or unattractive, I think it just makes it "different".

The blue glow that comes off of the forum body and goes into the forum background also looks really nice.

I really like the Twitter button that is in every topic. I don't believe that I've seen a button like that next to the "new reply" and "new topic" buttons. It's neat, and I can see it being helpful for your site in the long run.

Most of the topics on your forum seem to be unique, and many are very interesting. I think that you've done a great job providing evenly-spread, unique, and interesting content on your forum. That's basically what a forum is for, so since you have that, I personally would join your forum. And judging by the statistics, others seem to share this opinion.

I'm not a fan of your favicon. To be honest, I wasn't sure what it was at first. I believe it would look better if you shrunk the image for the hover-over effect (or an image similar to that; one that isn't as busy and would be clear). I'm also not a fan of the hover effect on the boards. I find it rather annoying, and it doesn't seem to serve any purpose or improve the forum in anyway. I think that you would be better off if you just removed that.

I've noticed that I get an "Error 404" when I try to view this page - http://movieplanetforum.net/link.php - (the "Link to us" page). I'm not sure if the page is just "not found" like it says or if it's not really created yet. But either way, I would suggest that you add the "link to us" banners or links (or whatever you were planning to add to that page; I assume affiliate images and such because of the name) or just remove the link from the navigation bar until the page is set up for corrected. Piggybacking onto that, in these pages - http://movieplanetforum.net/blog.php - (the blog) it says that the blog is disabled, and this one - http://movieplanetforum.net/album.php?album_id=1 - (the "actors and actresses" page) I also get a 404 error, this page - http://movieplanetforum.net/album.php?album_id=3 - ("behind the scenes"), I also get a 404 error, this page - http://movieplanetforum.net/album.php?album_id=4- ("film image"), this page - http://movieplanetforum.net/album.php?album_id=5 - (other film images), as well as this page - http://movieplanetforum.net/album.php?album_id=6 . Whether those pages are just disabled for the moment or are not created or visible yet, I think you should remove the visible link in the navigation bar (at least until it is back up, if it is going to be). If something is not working, then I don't see a reason for it to be there. Overall, I think you have a lot of pages that have errors or are just not viewable, you should remove them if they are not able to be viewed to guests (change the permissions so guests can't see that it is there at all?) or if the page isn't ready to be viewed by public, then remove it.

This is not exactly a "con" but in the rules, I believe you should expand a bit with "Warnings
You get three warnings and then a ban. In some cases we do not issue warnings and just go with the full ban. However this is only in serious offenses.". How do you get warnings? Since it's in the rules it says that you have to report posts, will you get a warning for not reporting a post (since it is in the rules)?

I think that your descriptions are really bland. Like was mentioned in your last review, throwing in a joke would help that. If you put in a clever joke (like once for a general forum, they had a sub forum that was for technology discussion and they called it "Byte me") or word play in the description, then it can give your forum a lighter tone. Even just asking a question ("Do you enjoy classic films?...") or putting an exclamation point could brighten up the descriptions at this point.
