Your Quick Review
Pros
The first thing that draws my attention is the drop down menu, it is great to see on a Mybb forum, nicely done there. I also really like the forum tabs for your catergories, it is a very under used feature. I was working on something like it for phpBB and I feel it shortens the index page and is great for forums with loads of sections.
I like some of your concepts you have on your site, some very good ideas and should be great selling points to bring new users in. I like how certain sections have to be paid for before gaining access.
Your gallery could be something really good, look to expand on it daily.
Same with the video section it has great potential and it's great to see you have got so many good ideas for your forum and it will go places if you stick at it.
You have 100 members in just over a month which is a great start for your site, just don't let them become dead accounts.
Cons
What I don't like is the theme, it is still very much the default style and does not cry our "Movie Forum" and is not appealing to guests, your logo isn't very good as the camera border is very sketchy and you could do with getting a new logo designed to fit your theme.
Although I like your drop down menu, the colour of it does not tie in with the rest of the theme. I would change it to the black same as the default navbar.
Also I don't see why a Movie forum needs a directory unless its only for movie site and also a movie forum should have no need to have an advertising section or posting service, for me it will attract spam and members who only want to use your site for their own benefit and these are not the sort of users who will be dedicated to your site.
The order of your menu links could do with a tweak in all honesty and I also would have the link back to your forum index page first as its your home page.
Also in the navbar you should have no need to display the "MyBux" link to guests because they have no access to that feature.
I don't feel you need a notice bar for your guests to read your rules, it will put users off and come across as strict. It's best to have a link in your signature or in the forum sections itself.
Your forum activity levels need working on now that you are back online. You are only getting around 80+ posts a day and your post count equates to around 27 per member which is not a lot. You need to focus on getting the 100 members you have to all post more.
Final/General Thoughts Your site has great potential, some of your ideas are unique and very interesting, you just need to sell them to members.
Your theme lets you down as its basic as I'm sure you will agree does not fit a movie forum.
Besides one or two minor points I mentioned, overall your site is very nice and I can see you have put in a lot of time.
You should be proud of... The unqiue concepts such as video area and gallery and drop down menu
You really need to work on... Your theme and one or two minor points I mentioned above such as the order of your links in your menu bar.
