Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
I honestly have not seen a theme in some time that I've liked as much as this one. I love the background, and the contrast between the background and foreground is different. You might consider changing the white to a slightly more neutral color such as light gray, though; the extreme contrast is a little overbearing. I also think that the folder images are a bit plain and unrelated to your forum; you might change them to something more fitting (e.g. an old-fashioned film projector, film reels, or something of that nature). I also find the hover effect more annoying than appealing; that's highly subjective, though. If your users like it, then leave it. However, I do like the theme; it's very aesthetically appealing.
Supporting your great theme is your excellent activity. Although your total of posts and members looks a bit low on the surface, nearly every forum has seen activity today; also, the amount of posts is evenly distributed among your forums. The list of users visiting in the past twenty-four hours is also fairly lengthy. You should increase the total of posts and members that you have, but that will come in time.
Overall, I was quite impressed with your forum at first glance.

Site Layout
Your layout, in my opinion, is inefficiently organized and overly lengthy. I never have been a fan of categories that only have one or two forums, and you have two categories that contain only two forums. It is true that most of your forums serve a distinct purpose, but you could definitely improve your layout's conciseness and organization through clever use of sub-forums and the combination of some categories. For example, I highly recommend making "Movie Trailers" a sub-forum under "Upcoming Movies." After that, I think that you should make "Movie Battles" a sub-forum under "Movie Polls." If you want, you can make "Movie Games and Trivia" a sub-forum under "General Movie Discussion." Those forums seem to go together somewhat. After you do all that, I would recommend combining the "Movie Discussions," "Movie Fun and Games," and "Behind the Scenes" categories into one "Movie Discussions" category. Also, you might consider combining the "General Discussion" and "Entertainment" categories into some kind of "Off-Topic" category. I do not like seeing the "Movie Planet Awards" forum on the index, either. You should either make it a sub-forum under a different forum (e.g. the news forum) or make it a topic for now. It's not going to be done until the end of the year anyway, and that's several months away. I also think that "Misc Movies" should be named something else; perhaps you could change the name to "Classic Movies," "Already Released Movies," or something else of that nature.
These are only a few recommendations; I think that you really need to re-evaluate your layout and ask yourself how you could organize it more efficiently. A different approach may be needed.

Statistics and Activity
According to my calculations, your forum currently averages nearly two hundred posts per day; your forum also averages about thirty posts for each of your forty-three members. For a forum that has only been open for about a week, these statistics look pretty good. However, you shouldn't get too comfortable yet; things could easily turn the other way. Keep up your advertising because what you're doing seems to be working. If you aren't already, then you should definitely consider posting around on other movie forums wearing your forum's signature banner to attract some movie lovers. Post exchanges may also be a helpful resource at this point since you are still building your foundation.

Staff Moderation
You and your moderator seem to be very active posters so far. This is a very good thing because it will help your forum grow. One thing you need to ensure is that all members are getting welcomed by both of your staff members. I see one introduction thread where only you welcomed a new member; have your moderator welcome
all the new users as well. If you both welcome new members, other members will be more likely to do so as well. Other than that, I don't see any staffing issues on your forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
You could really use some better descriptions. There are some grammar mistakes in your forum names and descriptions. One that really sticks out to me is "Currently in Cinema's." To make a word plural, add "-s" or "-es." There is no need for an apostrophe; apostrophes show possession.
That movie is playing now in cinemas.
That cinema's employees are very rude.
You also have some capitalization errors. You
only need to capitalize words when they are either proper names (e.g. "Movie Planet," "Forum Promotion," "Fluffybunny") or at the beginning of the sentence. For example, "music" does not need to be capitalized unless it's at the beginning of a sentence or in a proper name (e.g. "Music Junkies").
More important to me, though, is the issue that your descriptions are short and bland. You should write some more colourful descriptions that stand out to users. You can set a tone quite easily by simply making your descriptions in a certain way. For example, if you make your descriptions funny, users will know that the forum isn't full of stuffy people who can't take a joke. You don't have to make them funny, though; that's just one example of how descriptions can add colour to your forum.
I would recommend a total rewrite of most of your descriptions.
