Moving hosts

So here's my situation:

One of the other admins on Summit Adverts(my forum) was being kind of weird. So i did not keep him as admin. Now i want to move from lunar pages to 000webhost but i do not know how to transfer mysql databases and such. I do not want him to mess with the forum as he has LP pass and everything to screw with it. I need help

i don't know how to change the pass. i don't even know the pass i just have it remembered on my pc

With Lunarpages you change the password by logging into their main site and choosing thw appropriate option in the customer area.

Well why don't you get your own hosting from Lunarpages? There Basic Hosting is only about $5.00 [$60.00 for 1 year].
