That's actually myBB not SMF.

Tertain you'll have to find someone to go through your style and edit it for you, it'll be a pretty big, annoying and mostly costly.

You may find someone who is willing to do it for free, but it's a fairly big task, but then again I haven't studied myBB for very long, nor your style.

I think it might just be the viewtopic template found in the corresponding styles folder, I'm not sure whether MyBB has viewtopic, but something like it.

You have the option of showing the user profile on the left by default on MyBB.

ACP>Configuration>Settings>Show Thread Options

It's the first configuration on the page, pretty hard to miss.
