Moving Stuff Out - Where to put it?

Things need to be moved out cause parts of the home are a fire hazard. But where do you put it? And also, the dump might not be an answer cause there is an attachment to certain things.

I have a nephew who used to live alone in Hongkong. He has the propensity to buy household items and furniture. But he doesn't throw away the old ones so his condo would be so crowded with those old stuff. what he did was to rent a space in one warehouse for those things. And when he left Hongkong last year, he had to ship all his belongings including those old stuff in the warehouse. You will not believe the cost of shipping, it can buy a home here.
