Congrats on reaching your next milestone! The forum look is pretty clean, however sometime in the future you may want to look into getting a custom style for yourselves that is modern and stands out.
You may also want to consider doing some paid advertising (Facebook works pretty well if you know who to target), as it's probably the best way to push a chat site above the rest. Another good demographic to hit for advertising would be other chat sites that have an extremely large member base. Just find one that allows banner ads in the header or something, as they're generally relatively cheap.
