MSN Error, Help?

I've had this problem in the past, and the reason I have to use the 2003 version of MSN messenger.

Look at this picture. I get this every time I try to login.

Please do not tell me to uninstall and reinstall..I've even reinstalled my whole OS and it still didn't fix it, so please don't tell me that.

Have you tried downloading the latest version of Windows Live? Or does it not work either?

This is the latest version that gives me problems. Only version I can get to work is the 2003 version.

I'm guessing by the looks of it you're running Windows XP.

Have you tried contacting MSN/Windows Live Team about the problem?
