Selling the following template. The builder that comes with it is great for beginners and anyone that is an expert with HTML and CSS but I didn't even have to use it because the code was so easy.

The template is absolutely beautiful and can be used to create some great websites. The theme would normally cost you around $22 because ThemeForest adds VAT and fees to the $17 price tag. You can get this theme for just $12 which is a great deal 🙂.
