Quick and Forum, I had this forum for a long time, it soon died after we lost many coders to another site, just need a review on what people think if its user friendly and / or what should i add or modify.

I'm also looking for people who want to dedicate themselves on helping me out on this, if u play any of the games on the site feel free to talk about it and help us out with a post or two, aswell if u know anyone that is good in VC++ and D3D that can make there own hacks and would like to make hacks for MPG, and sell the funner ones in VIP to gain full compensation then email me at [email protected].

By the way, hacking games isn't illegal since all we do is edit our own files to hack and we don't edit the actual server by packet editing.

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When I first click onto your forum, I see the banner. This looks great, and you did a good job with it.
A problem I noticed right away was that announcement " need forum staff " this is extremely deterring to guests, it gives the impression your board is poorly staffed. Never make a huge announcement for forum staff requests.

I like the " Invite a Friend " area, that's great for members to refer new members.
Your board is pretty small, and that amount of boards is really frightening to a new guest. I'll delve more into this later.
I don't really think your theme fits with a gaming board, you might want to look at a different skin.

Overall, first impressions are nice, but that " need forum staff " thing doesn't really help and the theme leaves a bit to be desired.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

Your homepage layout is fine. We've got a problem with your boards though.

General Chit Chat doesn't belong at the top of your board. Your forum would look better if you put your top area for Updates and Announcements, Member Introductions, and Feedback/Suggestions.
It also is unessential to have a board for " Off Topic " then one for " General Chit Chat ". I would suggest deleting Off Topic and moving the posts in there to General Chit Chat.

Now, as we scroll down to your online gaming area, I see you've got a little too many boards. Here's a suggestion:
The most popular boards are the Call of Duty,Counterstrike, and Warrock Boards.

I would suggest, for now - you delete the other boards, and make an area called " Other " where members can discuss games other than Call of Duty, Counterstrike, and Worrock. You can't have that many boards on such a small forum, guests don't like that.
I don't really understand what the next two sections are for, so I'm not going to take points off on those. Only thing I'll say is that if members arent posting in that board, then get rid of it and merge it.
Same with SilkRoad, get rid of it and merge it.
Now I suggest you move your General Chit Chat area down to the " Community " board.

Your console area is also a little bit of a mess. I would suggest you just delete it and move those posts down to the " general gaming board " .
That community general area is also bad news. Delete it completely and move your suggestions area to the top.

Overall, your layout is a serious problem. You really need to revamp that board structure if you want to succeed.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

Your board was founded a year ago and you've got 4k members, but only 4k posts. That's excellent in terms of members, but terrible in terms of posts. 10/20 is ample mark here.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

You've got 3 staff members, which is a little low. I would pick up 1-2 more REGULAR moderators (NOT SUPERMODS ) to assist you in running your site.
One of your admins is very inactive, with only 1.06 posts per day. That' s totally wrong, and he should be more active. That just shows he doesn't care much about your site. You are an active admin, so that's good.
Your Supermoderator has 280 posts and is also very inactive. I would tell these two staff members to get in shape or dump them as they really aren't offering you enough help.

Final Remarks:

Your layout is the real problem. You gotta get rid of the unnecessary areas. I gave my input, and I recommend you take 3-4 days to go over what I suggested, and really tell your staff to get into shape, and spring into action.
