i know MhW didn't leave just because we didn't switch to myBB but it was defiantly a factor considering if we had of switched MhW would still be an admin here, and you can deny it all you want but we all know it was a factor in him leaving

You guys arent getting my point, im saying that there are other reasons he left, i understand that, however, he would probably still be an admin if we had switched since he had promised a new skin and stuff and he wouldnt resign while working on the new mybb site,
I also want to say that MhW was a great admin and did a lot for this site and I am dissapointed he resigned

MhW, I'd just like to say you were a pretty good heck of an administrator for this forum. Although, there has been way too many conflicts, you are still a great guy inside... and also, you inspired me to start listening to Muse. 🙂
I'm sorry for what has ever happen with me and this forum, but that doesn't matter actually. What matters is that everyone knows that you are an awesome admin and a great guy in general. You definitely deserve some great reputation for that amount of time that you have devoted as a staff member, and I'm pretty sure that not many people can do what you did... I mean, you spent a majority of your time helping out so many people with their Banner Ads, Featured Forum displayments, and much, much more than you could think of. Heck, you even helped me BIG time by helping me out with some html problems i had with making a website.

Naw, your right and everyone knows it but i dont know why noone would admit it. I mean he has nothing to loose if he admitted it. And then everyone else backs him up.
Although he is already gone, nothing will change.. We don't want to start new problems. But its a good statement.

I'm pretty sure MhW wouldn't have left just because he didn't get his own way, it's stupid to think he did. It takes a lot to run a large and active board, most of you don't know what it's like, there's a lot of stress, bitchy members wanting their own way, things to do constantly, you lose track of things going on in your real life.
I know when i was running CMF i spent wayyy to much time working on things on the site, when i left it was like a huge weight was lifted.
Before you going saying he left for those reasons, try running a large board for a few years, then you will understand, hell, i bet most of you wont last a week.

It's insulting to think MhW left because of the software change, he wasn't that bothered about it as most of you think. He has the reasons of wanting a new change with his other projects, not getting stressed with running the forum (it can get hard) and just wanted a break after the 2 years of effort poured into the forum.luke.p said:

Christan has alot of things going on in both real life and his internet life (with his projects) guys just remember he doesn't just make skins for FP, or just mod for FP. If you check out his portfolio you can see his done some work for some huge companies. If we moved to myBB it wouldn't have been any different, infact it was actually efc's idea to move, and Christan just went along with it.
Believe it or not, i couldn't really care less. Just take it how it is, and continue with the forum, nothing you can do and im sure your comments are just making Christan feel even more guilty.

You guys who think I left because we didn't change software are morons. You clearly don't know what it's like to run a forum on this scale, and this forum specifically full of whiny little teenagers like yourselves.
Just because I posted the MyBB topic and was actively following it answering all the questions, doesn't mean I wanted to move any more than any one else. If I chose to leave FP because of the software change I would have done it when we decided against it, not waited till over a week later.
You guys need to grow up and realise a lot can change in a short period of time. Just to clarify, the MyBB move had nothing to do with my decision to step down - anyone who continues to think that is (as Sshare rightly said)...an idiot.
