Have you been to any music festivals this summer so far? If so what ones have you been to and what bands were playing? Any big names?

I'm actually off to a music festival this afternoon. It goes for about 5 hours. It's a bunch of local no name bands but some pretty good talent that I've listened to so far online. It's always good to support local talent!

I was invited to a music festival but it's for old singers and naturally the songs were also old. It's a reminiscing concert of the singers in the 1970s era. But I was surprised to see that almost half of the crowd belong to the younger generation, those were not born yet when those songs were popular. Last week, I received another invitation for last Friday - a similar concert. But I declined for it has a conflict with my schedule.
