First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I already mentioned this once, but I still feel the dark skin doesn't work well with a music forum (unless it's depressing music). On a music forum, I'd expect to see more colors. The "affiliates" text just seems unprofessional to me. I could understand maybe wanting to make it look cool, but there are users out there with bad eyesight, who'd struggle to try and read that.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Being as OCD as I am, the forum isn't centered.
😛 The
User's Panel seems to be pushing the forum to the side. There are a fair amount of categories and boards, however, I think you should put the music discussions (the 'rock', 'classic rock', etc) in a sub-board to make that section a bit less cluttered.
The
Tone Deaf section is very small, which is a good thing. Shows you want the main discussions to be of music, not going to the general chat section and spending all member's time there.

Over 9k posts..and only around 130 members? That's pretty good. Am I to assume you use to have more members, but deleted some inactive members? Even if that's a yes, that is still pretty good. It's not easy to get over 9k posts.
There are 3 users with over 1k posts, you, a staff member, and a regular member. What bothers me is, your post account is the highest, and the second top poster isn't even close to reaching you. This makes me think you posting
allot, which is..sort of obvious
😛 Point being, if guests see that the admin has over 2k posts, and 2 other members have over 1k, with the rest of the members having around 100..500 (around there), they are going to think you're desperate for posts, so you make as many posts as possible.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Besides from you, there are two staff members. Both seem pretty active around the forum, and are professional. My only beef here is, I'm not sure 2 Moderators are really necessary. Unless I'm missing something, your members seem pretty tamed.
😛 The only time I think 2 mods are needed is if the forum is active, and members are causing issues every so often.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Skimming down your forum, I can see some board descriptions that could be reworded. Unfortunately, I'm not creative when it comes to board descriptions..so can't really offer ideas.
