SSD = flash storage. It's all Apple marketing, tbh. If I understand it correctly, Apple just changed it up a bit by not housing it in your standard SSD hard drive containment.<br /><br />-- 09 Feb 2013, 10:23 --<br /><br />That being said, enjoy the 3-10 second start-up time.
