ach.. 370x130? Are you kidding me? I can hardly get any detail in those.. lol. I used to be up into the 500x200 range.. Scary.. I'm still learning what can I say..
The Kung Fu panda and the racing one seem more like massive userbar.
.. Yea, I liked the sleek and smooth look. -razz- .. I could make one without it though.. I just though I might work on that area for a bit.. I like how you put that though.. Massive userbars.. I would hope to never see someone call an image of that size a userbar.. ~eeeek~ But yea, I get what you are saying.. Thanks!
Yea.. That is for generic signatures that I was helping our forum with.. We had some horrible looking signatures and I wanted everyone's to look at least halfway decent.. (Christians have NO sense of graphical coolness.. lol.. ) So I used those to show what I can do..
Thanks for the comments everyone! Is there anything I'm doing too much of or anything in particular you would suggest I could work on doing more?
Looool, nope, the size around 370x130 around is where you can get more detail in and show your skill in, with big signatures, you have to much space to work with making the render not as focused and not the focal of your work anymore, so smaller gives you space to zoom in 500-1000% and sharpen, blue, smudge, fine touch, add sparks and effects and yer...
If you look at Van1lla and Kino's sigs they both have little touches and since its smaller you notice more detail, mine i have on now is little bigger but thats just a change for once.
I'm thinking Bumblebee needed more texture in the background.. but all well.. I made them 400w so it is slightly smaller.. I'll be slowly making them smaller as I go I guess so that it won't be a humongo jump for me.. ~cheesey_grin~ (lol.. cheesey grin.. wow.. )
The 1st one is much better, smaller, but still could be a little bit smaller, and the render should be placed in the middle more, so you can work around it and use "flow" with it, text is nice though.
Improvement, you have great colours as the red and the blue ft with the render, and the brushing on the background is good. I think the lighting is alright but should have a better contrast with it.
ok great! Thanks.. Hopefully I'll learn some awesome stuff.. I'll try to get some more for you to look at tomorrow.. I've got work then church so I will have to do it after bed-time. (Which means NOT my best work.. ~rolleyes~ ) but we will see.
