The affiliate is pretty cool, but the text is kind of hard to read, maybe make it darker? Also the part where it says "Runestyle for all your graphical needs..." etc is there for a really short period of time, I didn't even have enough time to read it all :O. The big one is too bland to me. I think the text doesn't fit in and it really doesn't show anything exciting about us. Its cool for your first but a lot of it needs some work. Good job though, you should try making them more exciting in the future.

The affiliate one is amazing, but the banner made me dizzy and is not as good.

The affiliate one needs to keep the writing up longer and im not to fussed on the banner.
