My first attempt at rank bars - feedback?

Well i decided to start doing some graphics and learning from youtube etc and came up with this kind of bar idea, what are your thoughts? should i make some more of the same but like member etc?

The icon doesn't look choppy at all, which is good. The borders need some work.

I would tone down the inner shadow, remove the bevel on the letters completely, and allow for more space between the edges and the content. Color scheme's pretty good.

This ranks are too big , try smaller versions , it is pretty nice if is your first attempt.
