based on skiing, snowsports etc. Just going around doing some marketing now but would appreciate any thoughts.....advice.

The logo i think is slightly too long and causes the screen to stretch a bit but other then that it looks great but just needs some more activity so keep promoting as much as you can...

Not a bad looking forum, but, Fowler is right in saying the banner is too long.

When it loads for me there is a small break in the banner, maybe if you were to cut it off there it would look better.
