My First MyBB Plugin

So I've made my first ever mybb plugin based on the hello world plugin. I know it's simple but it is my first ever.

@The Elite I'm going to work on something that contains a bit of javascript. When they log in it makes a pop up and when they log out and pop up comes up and says Are you sure you want to log out. There is a similar plugin. But none of them do both in the same plugin meaning it uses up more space and time unlike mine which is 2 in 1.
