I think my forum http://makingimoney.com is in sandbox.... because I don't get any search engine traffic while it has around 80 page views daily from my past promotion..

what could be the reason?

Your site is indexed in Google, so honestly I wouldn't worry about it too much. For best results focus your time on ensuring there is great original content on the forum and that you are as helpful as possible to your members.
