I hope that wasn't aimed at me. I took vB into concideration. It all depends how long is left on his license. As for the members and posts...it's taken him 2 years to get those stats so I would say £80 ($120) is pretty reasonable.

I personally wouldn't sell it for anything less than $150.

You've spent two years on the forum. A forum's age is a huge factor in a forum's value.

Forum revenue is also important. I don't think many people would offer to buy it if it's not earning any cash already.
