First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The theme style you have is very good for this forum. The dark skin is great, along with the soft orange used throughout the theme. The banner is pretty cool, too. I really like the text, and how is slowly animates across the letters. The one thing that i don't really like, is the wrestler choices. Correct me if I'm wrong, but these wrestlers weren't part of the WWE (WWF) when this game was originally released?
The icons, too, need something better to match the interests of the forum. Maybe use the same color of the border on the buttons, but add like the WWE, or maybe N64 logo. I'm not sure what would really work, but these buttons are obviously default created by the maker of that skin. As good as the skin looks, the buttons aren't very impressive.
I'd actually recommend losing the chat box. It's going to take all your activity away. Guests won't even be permitted to sign up; when they can chat in the chat box. They're just unprofessional, in my opinion; and will be what causes members not to post on the actual forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I'm very curious as to why you have a board, and it's just for Forum Rules? Also, it's the 2nd board on the forum; which these are important, but if you're gonna make a board; they should be the first on the forum. I recommend, changing this board to something like, "feedback, and suggestions",m and leaving it in the middle of this section. And, move your Forum Rules topic in the announcements section, and leave it pinned. Your new members board is exactly where it should be, on the bottom of the top category.
The Modding & Hacking Games section is kinda confusing. These types fo forums are very hard to get noticed; but yours is only really dedicated to wrestling games. And old wrestling games at that. I'm thinking maybe you combine the bottom two boards of this section; cause I really don't see much coming from them. MDickie Game mods just doesn't really seem like something you're gonna get much interests from. And Other Modable games sections really has nothing going for it.
I think you should move the Wrestling Shows Discussion up into your 2nd category; since your forum is about "wrestling"; but, you have it under Other Discussions. Really confusing, there. Move that board, then maybe change your 2nd category title to Wrestling Shows & Games Discussion.
You need some more better boards for off-topic discussions. Don't just create boards that interests you, you need to think outside the box. You have absolutely nothing for members to just talk about anything, talk about entertainment media ( like, "videogames" besides wrestling; other tv shows & movies not related to wrestling, music, etc.)
You're really limiting what members can talk about, which is probably why the chat box is very active; cause they can talk about that stuff there; but not on the forum

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
As mentioned above. You boards are limited on what members can talk about. So there's much activity that your forum has been missing out on this whole time. Plus, also mentioned, the chat box is killing activity. Why would members want to be limited to discussion on hacking games, and a few boards, that don'twarrant much discussions, when they can just chat in the chat box.
You've got a very good member count, so far. But, the post count does not reflect where those members have posted, if at all. Reason being; is the boards are limited. You really need an official "off-topic" discussion board, entertainment ( more than just wrestling) and other, much broader boards for all types of discussions.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well, I see one admin, and one global moderator, which is perfect for the size, and start of your forum. I am glad to see you guys welcoming all new members. Looks good for the forum when staff are all on top of welcoming all new members.
But, one thing really blows my mind, though. Is that an admin, and global mod; are publicly talking about banning members, and talking about making custom ranks and signatures to insult them. Very immature, and unprofessional. Some people read that, and they won't join your forum, in fear of themself being talk about like that. Save stuff like that for a staff room, where members and guests can't actually read.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The staff topic talking about banning and changing rank titles to insult banned members was very unprofessional. No matter the cause of their banning. Just ban them, and be done with them, end of discussion.
Spelling is actually quite wellthroughout the forum. All board descriptions seem good. Except, I do hope you change the Forum Rulesboard as i suggested, and add a good description for a "feedback & suggestions" board.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
The skin. Even if it was custom made; it fit the theme well. I just didn't like the board icons that came with them.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The board set-up. Was very confusing; and the off-topic boards were very confusing as to why they were chosen.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I use to love the THQ Jakks line of wrestling N64 games back in the day. But that was a long time ago. And I'm not really interested in playing them on a PC. But, there still is a huge fan base for these N64 classics. And there may be some wanting to play a hackible version online. Hopefully, you can get word out; and find those people, and get them to join.
