My Forum Software (Not SBB anymore, now PlusBB)

Ah, I see. It make s a lot more sense now. Another thing you need to add is a navigation (breadcrumbs) so that it's easier to navigate, and again, even a simple stylesheet like softBB's can work wonders. While SoftBB's design was plain, it was a good temporary. And, of course, make sure to escape all your inputs from javascript / html / mysql injection.

What is with you guys constantly bashing Connor whenever he does something? -_- It's annoying as hell. If you haven't got anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Anyway, good luck.
Hmm, some of the feedback here is constructive though. Example: dotdavid. There has to be some criticism, though, or there will be little to nothing gained from posting it here. IMs are fair game, but this kind of thing is a bit spammy.

P.S. You never did answer my question, Connor. I assume the create forum is an admin tool, or is it intentional?
There's a difference between constructive critism and bashing.

Really, how are those (for example) constructive at all?

There's no need for this trolling. -_-

It isn't, but there were a couple fine posts. As I said at the end of my post, messages like that are a bit spammy / unproductive. Apologies for the bad wording on my part. I completely agree with you.

I'm going to have to agree with this.

It's not enough to say, "I don't like it." In order for the comment to be constructive, you must give reasons why you don't like it! I don't like to see one-liners such as "d00d dat lookz bad lol" in this forum.

As for the site itself, it looks like you're off to a decent start. 🙂 I wish you the best of luck.

You have a point and I agree 100%. But maybe we are agreeing a bit too much and critiquing a bit too little. 😛

Youve been attacked by someone again...was browsing the index and saw it.

Thanks,
I tried to add a login script but failed.
Currently working on categories and such.
Coding has been rigorous.

What do you mean by Failed? If you need any help, I'm sure some of us might tell you what's going wrong with it.

I am not that great with PHP so, when I tried to edit the code into my script. I didn't do it right.

There are a lot of compatibility problems with editing in pre-made scripts. You should probably start from scratch by using sessions and cookies. Just read up on sessions, mysql queries, and cookies and you should be able to find out how to do it. Just make sure to verify the login info on every page refresh and to encrypt your session data.

I have made some styling progress...
Having trouble setting up the index with tables like on the old software.
On the old software I had someone do the index tables for me...

Can't the strings just be inserted into a table? PHP allows you to echo HTML, as you know, so you should be able to just do something like this:

Code:
echo "<table><tr><td>".$forum_name."</td><td>".$forum_posts."</td><td>".$forum_topics."</td><td>".$last_post."</td></tr></table>";

in a while loop, of course.
