A few tips, you should make your banner match with the style, and you need to decorate your portal. Also you can go to addme.com and get indexed in search engines if you haven't already. Also, why do you only have two forums that the guests can view, even a new forum should have at least 5 forums thats viewable to guests. That can turn guests away pretty quickly because it makes them think you are hiding something.
