Yeah the phpbb people are having network problems that they are working on. It comes up on and off. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I like the portal page, with the video on it. Very clean design. Not cluttered or anything. Looks really good. I've written in the past, but not brave enough to post it anywhere. I've bookmarked it, and may come back.
