I think you need to improve the skins as they all look plain and average and you need something eye-catching as it is the first thing people see when they visit. Also you should get some topics started as that might encourage people to say something if there are discussions started.

The last site already has a "red" skin on it, and the other phpbb site does not allow more than one skin, which is the subsilver. I also started a topic on each site.

You could change the Ipbfree one and i know there are quite a few good skins you can add to them as i had one of them and when i said start some topics i meant more then one topic 😀

All three of them are general and weather, and I created three opened to the public, that way people register on the board which they like best. When one has the most members, I will redirect the other two to that one.

Another thing, it's hard to start certain types of topics with no members. Now I just figured out how to add styles for the second link (first phpbb), which is now a greenish style. 🙂 Maybe that will attract more people.

Just start random topics about subjects and people might start to talk/ sign up but when the forum looks empty (2 topics) people won't even bother to look. Also the logo is a bit to big and what has that got to do with your forum??? :?

I added several more topics, and it suddenly got active for about 15 minutes. I hope adding more topics will continue to help, also possibly causing, more people to join.
