Hey ya guy, come and register on my friend's dj forum if you're into dj'ing, live sound, sound systems etc...and ever need any help with sound systems, like speakers, amplifiers, you name it. I'm DJ Teknovibe and have 17 years experience in the field of live sound and dj'ing. I used to be a sound engineer, setting up sound systems, and also owned my own professional recording studio years back.

It doesn't seem like there was a lot of effort put into setting the forum up. There was no style picked, and the description is kind of...blatant. "a forum for DJ's"

Well I don't know anything about how to set up a forum, so can't change it, but my mate's giving up I think because no-one seems to wanna register and help start to make it great.

that sucks dude, you have to work hard on your board before you try to promote it. Tell your friend if he's serious about having a forum that its in his best interest to learn how to work with it.
