I think you need a new banner what matches the template. Other than that it looks quite good.

I think you should focus more on getting your forum organised than how much power you have over your friends.

A few things that concern me about your forum are:

1) Your reputation, this is the third? fourth? fifth? forum you've started and none of them seem to have lasted.
2) The style - The forum style you're using is ugly and will put members off joining your forum.
3) Your genre - THhe genre of forum is not mature or professional. You will have a hard time getting members to joi if the forum is only about "Vampired and Werevolves". I am more than certain that you are the only person on this forum that is remotely interested in that kind of thing.

This isn't my forum.

I just decided to advertise it for them!

I have only had 3 forums.

One I had to shut down because I wanted to move away from freeforums.

My sucessful one I am running currently.

And one I tried to make under Crystal-Core which went missing for no reason...

So the 2 that went down weren't my fault.
