Its going to liquid cooling it will be the first time i have used liquid cooling.
24GB of RAM? Seems like a complete waste of money to me, that could actually make your computer function worse. Better get like 8 GB and invest the saved money on something else.
I would also recommend cutting the RAM. You could cut it to just twelve or sixteen gigs if you don't want to go to eight. I don't think that having twenty-four would slow your computer down, but I think that you'd be better off investing the money elsewhere. You could likely get another video card like Aidan suggested with the money you'll save.
