I have another dog but she lives my in-laws as shes a really bad barker and we live in a elderly and disability apartment complex.

Oh, sounds like you need to move to a place with a proper backyard so your two dogs can live together and have space to run around. Maybe some training for the one who barks too much. Probably easier said than done, though.

I would love to have Peanut (my older dog) back but she's a grumpy old lady who doesn't like Mocha. And we can't get a house, not sure why but that's what my husband says. 🤷‍♀️
