First View
Well when I got to your site I was directed to a basic announcements page with a little about us section on it and some affiliates as well as stating some services that you provide. Very basic and well descriptive as well as professional. I did however notice 2 "•" symbols on the left side of the announcements and I think you should get that fixed. You should also be sure to get the link on the About Us section fixed as it isn't able to be clicked and has to be copy and pasted to be able to access which might lose their attention. You should also fix the "•" symbols on the services section as well because you centered the text of the services when they don't actually have to be centered. So those are just a few things I would like to point out and suggest you take into consideration on getting fixed as soon as possible. Overall your site looks good from my first impressions on it but now lets continue on with the rest of the review.
Graphic Layout
Well your background for your site is very creative and helps make the forum stick out more and it doesn't hurt they eyes when I viewed the site. The banner does seem a bit basic and could use a bit more work to it such as adding an image or description about what your site is about. This will help give the guests as well as members know what they are in for. I also would recommend changing the gradient on the forums in the categories because it doesn't look very good with it going from white to red on it. Makes it look unprofessional. Also, The forum icons are a bit on the larger side, I would suggest lowering the size of them to about 38x38 to make the forums a bit smaller. I would also recommend spreading out the affiliates images on the Advertising Poster add-on in the topics. They don't look well all pushed up together as they are. Overall your forum's graphics & layout are good but it has some work to be done. Lets move on to your sites Activity.
Activity
Well I would just like to say that your forum's activity level is very lacking. You have had 5 people online in the past 48 hours out of 35 people that have registered on your site. I would suggest sending out a mass email reminding people about their account on your site to get them back in or start some sort of activity to get your members active again and keep posting. Guests don't like a forums with very few posts around it and that is what makes them leave and not want to join your site. Promoting would also be a great idea as well. Also, be sure to update your promotion thread every 2 to 3 days to keep it up in the first page to get more attention. You also haven't had a new registered user for 2 weeks so that should give you a heads up to promote more and try to revive your site. Promoting in signatures on sites that allow that is a great idea as long as you are posting on those sites often. Overall you have a lot of work to do for your sites activity but I think that if you try hard enough you will get it all worked out and get your site back on track. Now lets move onto your staff team.
Your Team
Well I noticed that you only have 2 staff members overall on your site of 35 users and I do agree with that. As your activity level is lacking as I have already covered you don't want to have to many people as staff on your site. To much staff could result in less activity as the posting would have to rely to much on the staff. But there may also be an issue with your site, you should get your staff to post a bit more and get them more active to help keep the site up and running. After your site hits about 40 users and it becomes a bit more active then I would suggest adding 1 to 2 more staff members but be sure you know who will be active and help bring the site to its fullest potential. Overall your sites staff team is decent but be sure you keep them active to help the site out more.
Overall Impression
Well now that we are nearing the end of the review. It is time for my overall impression of your site. Overall, it has a lot of work to be done. It is in serious need of some work with all of the things I have mentioned. I enjoyed doing this review. I hope that this review is taken to heart and hope you use this as a guide to help improve your site as well. It was a great site but as I said, it has some things to be given a lot of work done to and I hope you enjoyed your review. Now onto my advice for your site.
