too much inner glow for the texts, less inner glow will look better i think.

I don't know but it doesn't match your blue theme. But if you change the forum on off (status) icons to same color, the forum will look better.

The edges seem to be rough looking. Maybe try smoothing them out would make the logo look a lot better as well. Maybe a bluish logo would match your theme as well.

To get them to look smooth save them as PNG not GIF. PNG and GIF can do transparent backgrounds, but GIFs are worse quality.

Use "save for web" option in photoshop if you are saving a picture with transparent background as .gif.

Else save it as .png.

If you just save it using File->save option, the edge will be distorted.
