Well, I got two new subscribers recently, but they only stayed a day or so. This is very dis-heartening. Anyway, I think the problem is there isn't enough premium material and also I haven't gotten enough clicks to the site. Well, in my new paid marketing campaign, there has only been 30 or 40 clicks probably.

Anyway, one problem is probably there's no videos. However, If I can find incredibly loyal fans and impress them with enough PDF files, I think I can get subscribers - and ones that don't leave.

You’re new so you won’t have success straight away. Just keep going. You will need to make videos though I think. It’s a very niche thing to be doing.

He offers no videos, aside from Skype one-on-one lessons.

That’s what I mean... you should offer them. What makes him stand out compared to you and other free material online?

need to think more ideas and maybe need more freshness

I think 500-1000 patron only posts should be impressive. Now only 19. Well, I'm not making much more free material, but people are going to "buy" cause of the premium material.

How much traffic do you get from Google, social, and from various other sources? Generally only a very small percentage of visitors are going to buy a subscription.

From looking around, it seems like you've got a pretty good social media following, so that would be my first thought on where to start. How are your traffic stats from facebook and so forth?

I'm getting a few daily clicks from my Facebook promotion of the post with the website on it - and the post is getting a heavy amount of likes and shares. Anyway, it would take thousands of dollars to reach enough clicks to where a percentage would buy - but if the price is only a dollar maybe it will be more than 0.03 percent which is around the percentage for cold calling. However, perhaps the lowest tier should be higher - due to things being possibly unworkable otherwise.

However, though, the main thing needed to be done now is the creation of more premium posts - cause the big hitters seem to have a couple of hundred, at the least. Well, it makes sense. If I was buying, I would want to see something real in return.

The same two patrons have came back! :boredparrot: Anyway, maybe it's cause new stuff has been put up since then. Anyway, the idea is to keep putting new stuff - cause honestly, I can't blame people for not wanting to join something with only a few premium posts in return.
