My Resignation From Forums

Hi everyone. There is no easy way to say this, but I've decided to resign from Forum Promotion. This will also likely be a resignation from most forum activities for me. A combination of things led me to this decision. I've been struggling with worsening depression for years now, and it became pretty severe this year. To keep it short, I guess you can say that life gave me lemons.

First, I would like to thank @Cammeh for this wonderful opportunity to work with the team. It has been a great experience to see FP transform into its latest version. And I'm sure he has a lot more planned for the future.

I know I'll forget a few names, but I'll call out @Joshua Farrell and @Jerlene @ChrisGrigg @Gio @danthex for being awesome teammates. 🙂

This thread is a rather nostalgic moment for me. I can still remember my first week on FP as a teenager. It's hard to believed almost a decade has passed. I only have good things to say about the FP community. I know many of you have disagreements amongst each other, but I see that as a natural part of the social experience that makes it more fun. I've watched many people change over the years that it's surprising one forum gathered so many people and experiences.

I will drop by and visit FP now and then. 🙂 But ultimately, I need the time to recuperate and won't be online much.

@Rick Ace, I've enjoyed having you as an Administrator here at Forum Promotion, and it's been a pleasure being friends with you over the last decade or so. We've both gone AFK at different points in time for various reasons, and it's crazy that we've continued to cross paths. Whether it's been Cmt Sports Forum, H5 Network, Forum Promotion, or whatever. We go way back. Good luck with your future endeavors, and please don't be a stranger.

I have seen you around for years, so you will definitely be missed.
I am so sorry to hear about your lingering depression. I have dealt with some issues like that in the past and all I can say is that you should never lose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel, even when it seems imaginary or unlikely. It's always there, even if it flickers between the shadows! I hope you find some peace & happiness in your future, and never forget to replace your "forum time" with another hobby or responsibility so you don't just sit there stewing!

Hope you stick around as a member or at least stop in from time to time 🙂
I would send you some FP for your travels, but you seem to have plenty 😛

I only known you from Forum promotion, then again I'm not old member here like other's. Join in 2015 and so I'm still an newbie compare to those that has been here for 10 years. But the time that I have seen you running around in cycles as an Admin or member it has been very good or should say it's been special and pleased to have an good team member around. Even at times members complaining about some actions but that's always gonna happen to every team member at some point.

So since you made your right decisions on your path, then I wish you best of luck and let your future be an happy time

I will miss seeing you around here on FP but I understand the need to take time out for yourself. You have to take care of yourself before you can take care of or help others. I wish you the best and I hope to see you again one day when you feel better.
