Uptime and Reliability: I've never had problems with my forum being down (both with my current forum and every time I've used them in the past.
Technical Support: I've always gotten good support from them whenever I need help.
Customer Support: I've always gotten a response within 24 hours (if not sooner) whenever I need something or have a question.
Pros: 1) The admin control panel is easy to use. 2) I've never had a problem with down time. 3) I've always gotten the support and help I needed when I needed it.
Cons: I don't know if you can transfer the topics/discussions or not if you wanted to move to a different host.

How long have you been with this host? My forum I currently have has been open to the public for almost 2 months, however, I have used them before my current forum.
Would you recommend them? Yes, I would.
