Pros: Although I'm not usually a fan of primarily light skins, yours is really neat! It's professional, yet it's appealing. It blends light and dark colors well, and it's really unique. It certainly helps your forum stand out from other promotion forums.

Cons: Your forum's statistics are quite low. This makes your forum look inactive to prospective members. I would recommend doing some post exchanges for start-up posts. That may make people visiting your forum more likely to sign up. You also have an empty forum on your index, and all the other forums are fairly close to empty. Empty forums make a board look very inactive. You should make sure that at least one or two topics are posted in each forum to start with. I understand that it's a contest forum, but it would still look better to have some posts in there. Perhaps you could make a topic for planning future contests.
Your layout runs fairly long. I understand that it's hard to have a concise index on a promotion forum, but I think you're starting yourself off with a bit too much. I think that it would be better for you to only start with three or four services. As your forum grows, you can add more services. If you start off with every service you can think of, you'll run out of new things to add. You'll also find yourself hiring way too many staff members to start with for all the services. Just see what you can do to condense your index. Start simple.
Although your theme is wonderful, I would definitely consider creating (or requesting) a new banner for your forum. The current one is a little too plain. I think that a more unique banner would help your forum stand out more.
