Mybb add on domain

I want to add a domain to my mybb site.

It is an add on domain via cpanel, I set the board url to the new domain as well as cookie path and saved, but when I go to the new domain I get index of /

Nothings there, so what did I do wrong?

You have to move the files over to the new folder that you made with your add-on domain. Don't forget the hidden files like .htaccess if you have it.

That is because when you add an add-on domain it creates a new file on your server which has no files in it by default.

If you want a particular domain to direct to the current forum, I suggest just making a parked domain, so when a user goes to the specified domain it's the same as the other one you had before.
