Mybb Ajax chat problem, please help!!!

Hello everyone,

Today I attempted to install the Ajax chat room onto my mybb forum and after uploading the files, the /install script wont work and when I navigate to /chat on my forum here:

it shows:

Query: SELECT userID, userName, userRole, channel, UNIX_TIMESTAMP(dateTime) AS timeStamp, ip FROM ajax_chat_online ORDER BY userName; Error-Report: Error-Code:

Can you mybb and tech buffs please please please please please help me? I really need this working as my members really want this feature!

Hi thanks for the reply! Actually, it looks normal to guests (I just found this out) but when I'm logged in the error shows. Can you Please fix this for me? I am soil stuck... Ajax has no good support staff and I dunno what to do... :'( :'(

The best thing to do is find a replacement or find others on mybb.com who faced the same issue and see if anyone provided a fix.

For the first option, a replacement is:

http://mods.mybb.com/view/ircbb-chat or http://mods.mybb.com/view/ajax-chat
