Maybe so, but why? Please provide some constructive feedback, rather than "I don't like it".
 
It's okay if you don't like it. Every week, the theme will be updated.
 
The banner could use a bit of work, but the colour scheme and forum icons seem to work really well with each other.

Though I'm personally not a fan of grey skins, it is implemented well. I wouldn't use it though, because I prefer colourful skins.

The theme looks good and nice but the logo and the images (reply/new thread/rate) could be improved.

Postbit images does need some improvement I agree.

The theme is neat and simple(a bit too simple but its alright) which is nice to me. There are some areas you can fix up and make it a little less simple but its a nice theme.
 
It's alright, I like the text at the top, looks nice but I think a bit more should be added as it's a little plain I think.
 
I'm trying to view the preview/demo but when I do I receive the following error.

Code: 
Not Found

The requested URL /forums/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
