I'm sorry NBK but it's not illegal to convert a VB theme to myBB as long as you will provide a a link and clearly state that it is a theme conversion... I believe it is illgal to rip a custom made VB theme as it wouldn't be unique anymore but for a theme that is infact up for free download is legal. 🙂

No it is illegal on most vb themes. Due to the vb and theme licensing. Now if you get the author's permission then it is fine. Infact most love having their themes converted to others.
