MyBB help, 403 Forbidden error

Hello all, I know I haven't been active lately and this is why:

When I go to change the logo in my ACP I get this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone know whats wrong? Or how to fix?

Check the CHMod for the Admin Directory, then for that file, should be 640 or 644
