Mybb Installation Problem

Alright. I recently install Mybb. When I go into the Admin Panel and click the various tabs I get error messages. 🙁 Say I click "Add New Forum". This is the message I get:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

you can change the permission through your FTP client.

I have already tried doing so to help him out and it doesn't work.

Maybe the permissions at database are the problem, check mysql database's user privillages, you must select all privilliages there

EDIT: We have fixed the issue on our server and we have confirmed that the links work.
