Helps just about everyone. Advanced Quick Reply Form, stopforumspam.com, Trash Can Forum, Dynamic Metas (I don't seem to like Google SEO's meta tagging), and reCAPTCHA (get your own API key, though) are all useful mods for anyone. After that, it's all personal preference. You should really get to looking around yourself after that, whether you like it or not.
