Does anyone know if this exists? A plugin that shows stuff when you start a new topic?

Go here. Of course you won't submit a new topic but it will give you an example of what I mean. it has site name, link etc.

Well, there is a phpBB mod, but i don't know of a myBB Posting Template MOD...

If anything post on the mybb support board and ask straight up if a plugin is available.
