Um.. sorry to burst your bubble, but there are very few people who are experienced with web designing and coding. Maybe only 9-10 users. A custom theme from a professional would usually cost up to $300. I've done some for $15 - $30. Nobody will do this for you for 600 FP. I doubt anyone will do it for FP Cash at all.

They don't have to be professional standard, just a normal theme with lots of tweaks to make it look different would be good too.
