Mybb Text Editor Problem..

Alright, so the text editor when creating threads is not there on my forum.

So the problem is that for some reason,

I do not get this part: http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/4097/hrnob7.png when creating a thread.

All I get is: http://img713.imageshack.us/img713/4715/xoffi8.png


Any fix to this problem?

I would go to the MyBB forums and ask, Im' not sure how to fix that. Though the MyBB support team could help.
