@Steven Im going to check your suggestions out now and Kavins on the other thread and see what theme is better to use.

You're being way too harsh Connor. I'd like to see some of your work before you criticise others.

On topic:
Honestly, it's better than most MyBB designs, but it's not perfect. There are still a few bugs here and there, but nothing that can't be fixed in a jiffy. The only thing I'm not fond of is the topic view, it just looks a little plain in my opinion.

I dont like to but on on others arguements,but connor is just stating the truth. I know it can hurt sometimes,but it needs to be said so the OP can improve. Now with that said though,connor, your portfolio just seems to be graphics I do not see any web design execpt that horrible blog template. So calling yourself a web designer would be pretty false.

@OP MyBB has alot of high quaility free and paid for themes. There is also a nice list of theme designers that can make you a custom theme for a fair price.

I really think you should look into getting a custom one. Now by custom I don't mean everything has to be different from the default layout,but look professinal,clean, and good looking.

Thanks for the large sections of themes, I have looked at a few nanno Skinners themes and have decided to use one of theirs till i get a custom made theme within a few weeks, As for now this is the theme I will be using I Think it looks alight for now.

I read several posts back and I'm sad to hear you think that MyBB themes are low quality. There will always be standard themes and better themes for all kind of forum software. Perhaps you just didn't look at the right place.

For example, check this >> http://themefreak.net/

It is rather new given that it doesn't have a lot of themes available at the portfolio or download section, but if you see the community forums several members left feedback for custom theme they requested at ThemeFreak. So far positive comments are being given. Maybe you can check it out and request one if you like the design.

Eh, to be honest I truly can't see anything at your site. I see the default MyBB theme, not any other custom theme.

I think the category/forum icons for no new posts and new posts are too similar to be differentiate easily. You only switch the pattern, as if you flip them. I would say add an icon or something else to make them easier to identify.

White and blue are two colors mostly used for themes that sometimes it gets boring, but that theme you have is not very bad either. ^^

Thanks, I suppose we can change the blue to maybe something else as for the white i think its more sutable to be on a webmaster forum.
