As you know, It looks good to me but I know that beauty is in the eye of the be holder. 🙂

- I like the logo, though the red portion (Monster) doesn't match the shade of red on the thead and I think it would look better if it did.

- I think the thead altogether needs a little bit of work as it just looks like a recolored version of the default.

- The on, off and offlock icons should be recolored to red or a different color that matches well with the rest of the theme as the light blue throws off the color scheme of the entire forum from my perspective.

- Some work to the breadcrumb would be beneficial to the appearance.

I don't think it looks too bad. The initial red on gray background does take a bit of an adjustment though.

You should fill up the board a bit to maek it look more active. That always helps in gaining new members. Try the Post Exchanges here or Postloop.
