Forum Pros:
  • I like the skin you are using.. it is very professional for a hosting site and is also mixed with perfect colors.
  • The banner you have up in the corner is good, but it needs to be changed from " Milky Way " to " Noobz Works Hosting " in order to reflect on your forum name.. the banner itself is a great design though.
  • The board layout is in great shape, and the categories are placed well.


Forum Cons:
  • I really don't like the name at all.. " n00B w0rKz Hosting " is very unprofessional sounding.. it has no rhyme or beat to it at all either. " Noob " and " Works " don't seem well together to me.
  • You have too many staff groups. You can cut them down drastically by deleting " Maintenance Team " and " Live Chat Team " and make the members in those groups in the " Support Team " group. You also don't need a " Forum Team " and a " Website Team " group. Delete one or the other and combine them together.




Final/General Thoughts:
Your board is obviously very new, but the main problem we've got going on is the name. The name really is just plain unprofessional and childish. If you want to have a serious hosting forum where you offer help to people, you have to re-consider the name. If I were in your place, I would consider asking around FP ( make a poll topic in one of our boards ) about a good name for your forum. I'll guarantee someone will be able to come up with a snazzy name for your board.
Other than the name problems, your skin is top-notch, and the board layout is in good order.

The forum theme and the banner.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The unprofessional name.

This is a whole web server, that is why they are different. I may think about joining Live Chat Team and Support Team.

That might be a good idea.

Having a group just for live chat was what I felt was the most wrong in that area.
