First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I am in love with the color theme. In one sense, it makes me think of Halloween, but in another, it sort of does give that "Gaming forum" vibe. I'm not too fond of the scrolling text. In my opinion, it should just be stand-still text.
You have different text colors in the board descriptions, which I don't understand why. It's more confusing for me because I'm not sure if a certain color means more important than the other color or what.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I don't like that member birthdays and intros are in the one spot. It'd probably be better to save birthdays for the
Chat Zone. I also think you should move
N64 Gaming Community Weekly under the gaming corner.
Your
Other Discussions category seems too crowded. I'd move
Forum Games as a sub-board under
Chat Zone. I'd also make
Show off Graphics board viewable to members only, or advise your members that people could steal their work if they don't have a copyright on it.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has over 18,100 posts, with only 220 members. That is an awesome difference. All of the top posters, except for one are staff members. All of them also have over 1K posts, with you leading over 2k.
In my opinion, that doesn't look good when the highest posters are all staff except for one member. That seems like the forum is desperate for activity, so the mods go on a posting spree. There are allot of member who have only made a few posts. I give you credit there, allot of members, and even the majority of users under 10 posts still have a few good ones.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
There are 3 admins and 2 mods. No no no. A forum of that size needs one admin only, possibly 2. But 3 is over kill. The 3 Gmods are overkill as well. You don't want your staff to out-count your actual members. Some people can even be intimidated by a large amount of staff.
All of your staff except for one are pretty frequent people who log in. One of your staff hasn't been on in a week. Could be a 4th of July celebration, but I'd get in contact with him/her and see if they are able to still maintain duties. It's unprofessional to see inactive staff.
